The Three Little Pigs
Article voiceover
The third little pig, the hard worker, found himself overnight facing a booming construction business. Rumors of the quality of his materials had spread quickly. At first, he built houses for his neighbors at cost. Then he continued building them for anyone who could afford them. Prices kept rising. But the little pigs, finally feeling safe, decided that taking out a mortgage to swap their fragile straw and stick homes for solid brick houses was a good idea. The starving wolves dubbed the phenomenon the brick bubble. They were wise and knew that the greed of that third little pig would eventually spark a crisis. And so they waited.
